Teklus Billing Management Privacy Notice

Teklus Construction LLC operates this billing workspace for approved company team members.

Google sign-in information

The app requests your Google account identity, email address and basic profile to sign you in and check your approved account permissions. It stores your email address and Google account identifier to bind your access to your account. Your name may appear in the signed-in workspace. The app does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendars.

Billing information

The workspace stores project budgets, approved rates, personnel assignments, billing entries and invoices. Approved users can view this information according to their assigned permissions. Editors can update billing records, and the master administrator manages team access.

Storage and service providers

The app uses Google for authentication and OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare hosting and database services to operate the workspace. Session cookies maintain your sign-in. Billing data remains in the app database until it is removed or the workspace is retired; access records may be retained to manage or revoke accounts. This app has no connection to the existing Google Sheet.

Your access and questions

You can sign out at any time. Contact the company administrator to request access changes, correction or deletion of information, subject to company recordkeeping requirements.
